We have all the required skill and equipment to transform your roof, removing years of built up damaging moss growth, unsightly algae and dirt that will, with a recommended follow up application of a coloured roof coating, make your roof look as good as new.

The process is as follows for all roof cleaning in Manchester and surrounding towns:-

  1. Following acceptance of our FREE quotation we will access the roof by the safest method to ensure your roof is not damaged and all working personnel are safe.
  2. Remove or block all downpipes from the guttering system to ensure no moss ingress into the drainage system.
  3. Pressure wash the whole roof from the top down removing all ingrained moss and algae growth
  4. Re-inspect and carry out any repairs that can include replacing cracked or broken tiles, re-bedding ridge tiles, re-lining valleys, ensure lead flashing and chimney stacks are sound.
  5. Apply a flood coat of Moss Clear to ensure sub surface moss and algae spores are totally eradicated.
  6. When suitably dry apply the first of two coats of Climashield™ coloured roof coating to concrete tiles
  7. For slate tiles or clay tiles we recommend the application of a clear impregnating sealer to fully protect whilst still allowing the tiles to breath efficiently.
  8. Ensure all walls, windows, gutters, fascias and soffits are cleaned down and all rubbish bagged up and removed.
