Imprinted Concrete Cleaning and Sealing

Pattern imprinted concrete has been popular for around 30 years and has proven to be an extremely hard wearing material for traffic use whilst retaining an exceptional visual appeal if maintained regularly.

With a variety of uses and dependant on traffic usage the surface can start to exhibit bare white patches, intermittent flaking or what appears to be lifting of the sealer, some of the cappings on some patterns may have broken away due to water and then frost damage leaving an unappealing piece of raw concrete.

All of these can be resolved to bring back the imprinted concrete surface to an good as new condition.

We pressure wash many pattern imprinted concrete driveways in Manchester and surrounding areas carrying out a repairs service which may involve repairing settlement + wider cracks with a colour matched compound, re-colouring bare concrete areas and removing oil leaks or oil stains on the concrete surface.

If the pre-treatment to remove the oil stains on pattern imprinted concrete was required once a satisfactory outcome has been reached the whole area will be pressure washed  then allowed to dry out for 1 or 2 days before we return and carry out the repairs or alternatively apply the first of two good coats of Smartseal's premium quality sealer to enhance and protect the surface for many years to come.
